Who am I? Do you really want to know? From my pen I make rivers of poetry flow. Since February 1992, SONshine has been key in my life.. It influences my writing and lifestyle.

 The natural.world enthalls me; and flowers fascinate me. A garden is a thing of beauty a joy forever.Presently, the place where I live in Crooked Island, Bahamas is landscape; and the backyard has a luscious,productive garden that grows watermelons as big as a basketball,weighing ten pounds.Although a bit small, it was delicious.Some of the watermelons produced here weigh twenty five pounds or more!

The nearest beach is within walking distance. Sometimes the Atlantic Ocean is boisterous and wild. On days when I  can hear it roar from my residence, I go down to the culvert with my camera for birds congregrate there and fish march in schools. Surf balls roll across the street; and the gathering surf looks like snow!.

Music keeps the fire raging within; and sometimes it emerges as lyric,poetry and songs. I play the keyboard at a small church and assist at the library. During the academic year the Librarian and I conduct an After School Home Work/ Literacy Program three afternoons per week. Interested adults can attend a skills class one evening a week.

I have written Just A Minute,Lord a collection of inspirational poems. and have served as editor/ writer of newsletters.Two short plays I wrote were used in the Literature program at a former school. The Ripple of Love Program, a seven point plan, focuses on reaching the whole person at varying levels. Since 1992 my goal has been spreading SONshine through Words of Life.

A prolific writer, I enjoy beachcombing,stamp collecting, coin /banknotes collecting and travel,especially to regions with mountains. The Colorado Rockies has stunned me with its beauty. Being physically fit and eventually svelte is my ultimate goal. Creating puzzles keeps my mind fit.
